Wsynet
Wsynet's a nice place to be. A nice, cozy, comfy hole in the wall where you can actually get to know everyone. The opers are nice too, and we try our best to keep the network together.
We do have a NickServ/ChanServ setup, by means of a services program. We're running Unreal-IRCD3.2, and netsplits are virtually nonexistent on our little network. So, if you've gotten tired of EFNet's netsplits, Freenode's rehubbing, or what-not, hop on in and see if you like it. I'm sure you will.

By the way, we're also anime otakus. We'd love to see stuff happen... it'd be ultra nice if a fansub channel decided to make themselves an abode here. (We can dream, can't we? ^^;)
